Happy Friday Friends! We have spent most of this week preparing for baby. It’s been all about the decluttering, sweeping, organizing and making sure we are ready to go at anytime. I have to say having a homebirth really keep you motivated to keep the house in some sort of order. This weekend will be more of the same as well as soaking up these last moments as a family of four. Enjoy your weekend!

Heh heh, I’ll take snacks for $1000. Just cause I’m single 🙂

As our kids got older, upgrading to an SUV with three rows was one of the best money moves we’ve made. Especially with sports, band, etc. All those kids and equipment… we love our GMC Acadia!

Those last few weeks before new baby arrives are so much fun! It’s funny how the months and years seems to fly, even though some of the days are eternally long. We are on the other side of the mountain now, and just “downgraded” to a subcompact. After 20-some years of driving vans, minivans, etc, it’s like waking up one day to find you’d just lost 20 pounds overnight. In another 10 years, I may even look back fondly and recall foggy memories of our glory days when the car was overflowing, but not today.
Sending good thoughts to you and your family during this happy time.
